We will give priority to you if you are:
- Connected with health, healing and wellbeing, learning and education, supporting families or communities, disadvantaged/harmed children or adults, environmental awareness and celebration of cultural diversity.
- A start-up, smaller business, community project, fundraising or charitable organisation that operates or is planning to operate in those areas.
- Looking for a microsite, website, website or CDROM to be built within the next 6-12 months.
So, for example, you might be a single person or small group looking for a microsite to raise money or awareness/promote an event for your community. You may be a larger charitable organization needing a bigger interactive website for teen health, environmental awareness, lifelong learning or to support families etc. You might be a holistic practitioner or company working to improve the health or education of your community and in need of a website to offer your skills/advice. Basically, you need to convince us that what we build for you has a good chance of helping to make a positive difference to the lives of people other than us and you.
Take a look at our work for some examples of people we have helped. If you are not sure what microsites are, you can see what we mean by these on that page.
TIP: It’s always worth contacting us because we make decisions on an individual case basis and we consider every enquiry. So you have nothing to lose by getting in touch.
Once you contact us we will let you know if we are able to help or not as quickly as possible.
If we can help, we will then discuss any other details we might need to know before giving you a free quote.
FINAL TIP: The sooner you contact us the better. It doesn’t matter if you don’t need a site immediately, it’s much better to get us to ask us to reserve a workshop space for you for 8 months time than you contact us in 8 months time only to find we’re fully booked.
If you’d like to know why we decided to become one of the first ever not for profit web companies or you’d like to know more about that that actually means, and you haven’t already, then simply look at the about us page.
We do not build sites for:
Commercial businesses just looking to save money on their website.
For example, we would not consider a law firm just needing a revamp on their website at a not-for-profit price. However, we might consider a law firm wanting to create a website containing a substantial amount of free legal advice and free advice helplines for disadvantaged members of the community etc. To qualify for a not for profit price, you must be able to demonstrate to us that you are going to use your microsite, website or web resource to make a positive difference in your community, a section of the community or the wider community.
